Incorporated in 1981 under the Companies Act, 1956, the company has been principally involved in general trading, buying, and selling all kinds of goods & merchandise and acting as purchasing, selling, or commission agents.
The company assumed its present name “EAST WEST HOLDINGS LIMITED” on 02nd April 2019. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on the name change was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai.
